Account Manager

About the Role:
The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the customer's needs and a ability to provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by Weir, and provide technical support and solutions to customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and identify new business opportunities.
- Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Safety First: Demonstrate a commitment to safety and well-being in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the industrial or mining industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a strong understanding of the customer's needs.
