About the Role

The Head of Upper School will be responsible for leading the academic and co-curricular programs for students in grades 8-12. This role will oversee faculty recruitment and development, program delivery, budgeting, boarding, university counseling, and parent relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement academic programs that align with the College's strategic goals
  • Lead and manage a team of faculty and staff to deliver high-quality educational experiences
  • Collaborate with the Principal and senior leadership team to advance the College's strategic objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, students, and the broader community
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of College funds
