We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Restaurant ICHI GO ICHI E. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating unique and delicious cocktails for our customers. You will work closely with our chefs to develop new menu items and ensure that our drinks menu is always up-to-date and exciting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new cocktail recipes
  • Work with our chefs to create new menu items
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Or equivalent experience

Support for persons with disabilities:

  • Applies accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities

  • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans
  • Supports Veterans in translating their military skills and experience into the language of the civilian job market

Support for Indigenous people:

  • Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers

Supports for visible minorities:

  • Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities

Work Environment:
