At Estiatorio Milos, we are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences for our guests, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist and support other FOH staff, including bartenders and waiters, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure consistent beverage preparation, presentation, and quality according to recipes and Milos standards.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available.
- Execute opening and closing side duties as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acknowledging and greeting guests, and processing payments accurately.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience as a bartender in an upscale dining setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multi-task, is receptive to feedback and direction.
Annual salary range: 70k - 100k
