Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Oversee the preparation of dough, batters, and icings for our various baked goods, adhering to established recipes and customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our established quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of our bakery team, promoting a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related environment.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong judgment skills.
