About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Fazal Miran Fuel Corp. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Sales Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales staff to duties and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they are familiar with our products and services.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock at all times.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
