**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Shared Health. As a key member of our specialized services, you will provide clinical expertise and leadership in areas such as clinical practice, consultation, supervision, inter-professional collaboration, education and training, quality improvement, and research.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the delivery of evidence-based clinical interventions within the integrated mental health and addictions system.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote excellence in clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide consultation, supervision, and education to staff.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects to advance the field of mental health and addictions.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of four years' clinical practice in community mental health/addictions services.
  • Two years' experience in a consultative or supervisory role.
  • Skills and experience in staff training and development.
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
