Financial Administrator Position for Accounting Tasks

We are seeking a diligent financial administrator with a non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years, and 1 year of experience in accounting and finance tasks. This role is responsible for maintaining the company's financial records and performing various accounting tasks.
- Accounting Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing insightful analysis to management.
- Post journal entries, reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies.
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports, supporting business decisions.
- Reconcile accounts, verifying transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
