Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure that staff are adequately covered during peak periods.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all staff are working together to meet quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain Records: Accurately record stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
