At Hilti Corporation, we're seeking a skilled Rental Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, building strong partnerships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales performance, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Valid full Canadian driver's license required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
