Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Household Assistant to join our team at Ronak Sharma. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Household Management: Stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • General Assistance: Assist with various tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Private residence.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, initiative, organized, reliability, honesty, and values and ethics.
  • Experience: Will train.
Work Conditions

30 hours per week, permanent position, English language, and ability to work independently.
