About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our household team as a Housekeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Organization: Maintain the organization and tidiness of the residence, including the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with household members and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient household operation.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 30 hours per week.
