Senior Reinsurance Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for client management? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Reinsurance Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of existing clients with a significant level of annual brokerage.
- Achieve high client satisfaction by providing exceptional service through managing the overall reinsurance placement process.
- Focus on helping senior leaders grow existing accounts and attract new accounts.
- Be widely recognized as an expert with outstanding problem-solving abilities and top-notch client relationship management capabilities.
- Work closely with management to establish and implement strategy for new business development.
- Inform clients about other Aon products and services that can help them manage their business needs.
- Ensure that comprehensive and accurate contracts document the relationship between cedant and reinsurer.
- Demonstrate leadership within Aon and the insurance/reinsurance industry.
- Have superior knowledge of the service offerings of Aon.
- Work with management to research and develop new approaches and concepts.
- Foster and promote a team approach to both internal and external business relationships.
- Manage account team members to ensure they are meeting clients' needs.
- Be committed to pursuing self-development of knowledge and skills in the evolving world of insurance, reinsurance, and associated analytics.
- Excellent bilingual (French and English) communicator (both verbally and in writing) with internal and external clients.
- Strong organization and time management skills; able to multi-task and manage projects.
- Committed to delivering the highest in client service, quality, and results.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues and suggests creative solutions.
- Ability to embrace change in support of the business unit's and company's goals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suite of products with ability to learn and use multiple software and system-based applications.
- Professional designations, for example CIP or CIA membership, will be an asset.
