About the Role

As a Senior Reinsurance Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, providing exceptional service through the reinsurance placement process, and identifying opportunities for growth and development. You'll work closely with senior leaders to establish and implement strategy for new business development, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-notch client solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients with a significant level of annual brokerage
  • Achieve high client satisfaction through exceptional service and reinsurance placement expertise
  • Focus on helping senior leaders grow existing accounts and attract new accounts
  • Be widely recognized as an expert with outstanding problem-solving abilities and top-notch client relationship management capabilities
  • Work closely with management to establish and implement strategy for new business development
  • Inform clients about other Aon products and services that can help them manage their business needs
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate contracts document the relationship between cedant and reinsurer
  • Demonstrate leadership within Aon and the insurance/reinsurance industry
  • Have superior knowledge of the service offerings of Aon
  • Work with management to research and develop new approaches and concepts
  • Foster and promote a team approach to both internal and external business relationships
  • Manage account team members to ensure they are meeting clients' needs
  • Be committed to pursuing self-development of knowledge and skills in the evolving world of insurance, reinsurance, and associated analytics
