Job Title: Telecommunications Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Department Manager to join our team at Point to Point Communications (Barrie) Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Telecommunications Department Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the management of telecommunications services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of telecommunications professionals in the management of telecommunications services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in telecommunications management
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:

The Telecommunications Department Manager will work in an urban area, leading a team of 5-10 people. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
