Job Title: Biological Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Biological Scientist to join our team at the University Health Network. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting research in the field of immunology and neuroscience, with a focus on experimental design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement research studies to investigate the mechanisms of immune system function and neurological disorders
  • Conduct experiments and collect data to support research objectives
  • Collaborate with other researchers and scientists to develop and implement research projects
  • Develop and maintain laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure high-quality research data
  • Supervise and mentor junior researchers and students
  • Present research findings at conferences and workshops
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Biological Sciences or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in research and laboratory settings
  • Strong background in immunology and neuroscience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
