We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Doctor to join our team at Thorncliffe Family Clinic.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations, diagnose and treat various health conditions, and prescribe medications as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the province of Ontario.
- Experience in family medicine or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.
