Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst to join our Aligned Assurance team at the CAAT Pension Plan. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for designing, building, implementing, and operationalizing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) across our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ERM processes, policies, and procedures
  • Identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks at both the enterprise and operational levels
  • Create risk appetite statements, policies, and procedures to manage risks effectively
  • Design risk modules for GRC solutions and implement them accordingly
  • Develop robust risk response plans across multiple business units
  • Manage and oversee the Cost of Risk framework across the organization
  • Plan and facilitate risk workshops and ERM-related awareness/training sessions
  • Lead internal initiatives to expand the ERM practice's capabilities and offerings

Requirements:
  • University degree and professional management or accounting designation (BA, CPA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, accounting, finance, or internal audit
  • Knowledge of ERM guidelines such as ISO 31000:2018 and COSO 2017
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with ability to facilitate risk workshops
  • Strong analytical experience with risk internal controls background
  • Ability to identify risks, develop/recommend tracking measures, and cost-effective risk mitigation plans
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite and Visio
