About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically capable individual to join our team as a Heavy Duty Cleaning Specialist at Excel Sanitation and Labor Services Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, adhering to our company's strict waste management protocols.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on appliances, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and functional.
  • Security and Safety: Perform safety and security checks, identifying and addressing potential hazards to ensure a secure environment.
  • Physical Demands: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, requiring a high level of physical fitness and stamina.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene.
Work Environment
  • Work Setting: Various locations, requiring flexibility and adaptability in different work environments.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, handling repetitive tasks, heavy loads, and physically demanding situations.

Requirements
