Job Title: Heavy-Duty Cleaner

Excel Sanitation and Labor Services Limited is seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Heavy-Duty Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure the environment is safe and secure.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
Work Environment:

As a Heavy-Duty Cleaner, you will work in various locations, including offices, schools, and other facilities. You will be required to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks, heavy loads, and physically demanding work.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and reliability.
