Job Title: Data Entry Supervisor

At Technology Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into data entry performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establishing effective communication channels.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring a fast-paced environment is managed effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
