Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Team Lead to join our team at Technology Solutions. As a Data Entry Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our data entry team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of data entry team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entry, implementing quality control measures to minimize errors.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize data entry processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of data entry activities.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
