About the Role

At Gallagher - Global, we're seeking a skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial team in the Atlantic, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our commercial clients in the Transportation segment. Your primary focus will be on managing a designated portfolio of clients, driving the renewal cycle, handling day-to-day policy changes, and collaborating with insurers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a designated portfolio of Commercial Clientele, with a focus on Transportation, playing the lead role in business retention and continually building upon customer relationships.
  • Review accounts at renewal, taking the vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
  • Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining the quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
  • Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, working with Account Executives in binding the client.
  • Consistently act to upgrade insurance market knowledge, keeping abreast of new products and policy updates.

  • Highly tech-savvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools and processes.
  • 3 to 5 years of Commercial Mid-Market experience preferably within a brokerage environment.
  • Experience within the Transportation segment will be considered a strong asset.
  • Licensing in good standing.
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications and or designations are highly valued in this role.
  • Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset.
