Job Title: Commercial Client Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Client Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of commercial clients, with a focus on the transportation segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, driving business retention and building customer relationships
  • Review accounts at renewal, taking vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required, and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers
  • Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with account executives in binding the client
  • Consistently act to upgrade insurance market knowledge, keeping abreast of new products and policy updates
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of commercial mid-market experience, preferably within a brokerage environment
  • Experience within the transportation segment will be considered a strong asset
  • Licensing in good standing
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications and/or designations are highly valued in this role
  • Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset
