  • We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for our Winnipeg office location, to join our collaborative and team-focused organization.

As our Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for managing all aspects of projects from implementation phase through to completion. Ensure that projects are safety compliant, completed on time and the budget is in accordance with the specifications and scope of work.

This includes production of purchase orders, subcontracts, equipment, insurance, permits and bonds. Work with the Project Planner, Project Design Engineer, and outside consultants on specified project scheduling and drawing requirements.

You will initiate conflict resolution with subcontractors, suppliers and employees when necessary. Implement change requests from the client or as required for project completion.

About You:
  • Post-secondary education in the field of engineering OR minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator/Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Understand the fundamental business principles such as financial, legal, and organizational aspects
  • Professional communicator, offering creative solutions while managing critical project details.
  • Experience using MS Office, AutoCAD and project management software
