Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong background in validation and quality assurance to support the development and execution of validation protocols for equipment, processes, and computer systems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols for new equipment, facilities, and computer systems.
  • Execute test cases for IQ, OQ, and PQ in equipment, facilities, and computer systems qualifications.
  • Develop and implement process validation protocols for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including records of testing and validation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a validation or quality assurance role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearBenefits
