About the Role

This is a hybrid role that allows for both working from home and in-office collaboration with other HR team members. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be responsible for leading the Canadian end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting compelling job postings to orchestrating impactful social media campaigns. You'll also create and implement targeted talent strategies focused on new graduates, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and enhancing new employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Canadian recruitment processes, including job posting, social media campaigns, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Create and implement targeted talent strategies to attract and retain top talent in the environmental industry.
  • Engage in networking events, such as career fairs and professional association meetings, to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting on key recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners and other HR team members to ensure a cohesive experience for hiring managers, applicants, and new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field, and/or a combination of education and related experience.
  • 8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment experience in the environmental industry, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work with leaders from frontline managers to executives.
  • Experience leveraging data to develop and implement new recruitment strategies.
  • Demonstrated success leveraging technology to implement and streamline processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness.
