**Tile Setter

At Trandafir, Laura Catalina, we are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered, mixing and applying adhesives, and setting tiles in place. If you have experience in tile installation and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring and marking dimensions.
- Mix and apply adhesives, such as mortar or cement, to ensure a strong bond between tiles and surfaces.
- Set tiles in place, using hand tools and power equipment as needed.
- Align and straighten tiles to ensure a level and even surface.
- Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles.
- Estimate costs and materials for tile installation projects.
- Install tile strips and lay mosaic tiles to create decorative designs.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in tile installation.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Reliability and hardworking attitude.
