Job Title: Senior Manager of Security Architecture and Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Security Architecture and Operations to join our Information Security department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of our information assets.

The Role:

This is a strategic and integral position that requires a strong understanding of security architecture, operations, and risk management. You will work closely with our IT stakeholders to develop and implement security controls, monitor and assess threats, and provide guidance on security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security architecture and operations strategies to protect our information assets
  • Monitor and assess threats to our information assets and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to develop and implement security controls
  • Provide guidance on security best practices and risk management
  • Manage a team of Information Security professionals
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
  • Conduct security audits and risk assessments
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in information security management, with a minimum of 7 years in a medium or large-sized organization
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure platform capabilities and security toolsets
  • 3+ years of security system administration and engineering experience in on-premise and/or cloud infrastructure
  • 2+ years of SOC experience or responding to traditional or cloud-based cybersecurity investigations
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, GPEN, or CISM are preferred
