IT Security Architecture Manager

At Toronto Hydro, we are seeking an experienced IT Security Architecture Manager to lead our IT security operations and drive strategic initiatives to ensure the highest level of security and reliability for our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement IT security strategies and plans to support business objectives.
- Lead a team of technical professionals to deliver timely and efficient IT security services.
- Ensure compliance with corporate security governance, standards, and policies.
- Develop operational procedures and guidelines for IT security operations.
- Implement IT asset management and lifecycle models to prevent obsolescence and ensure adequate reliability, performance, and capacity.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
- 10 years of professional experience in IT and related disciplines.
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in IT security technologies and processes.
- 5 years of progressive project/supervisory leadership experience.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM preferred.
