We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead our NA Supply Chain operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management and project management, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensuring customer fulfillment, service delivery, and stock performance.
- Oversee strategic, operational, and administrative programs, projects, and services related to the NA Supply Chain operation.
- Regularly review and improve service delivery performance targets, stock, and capacity utilization at the lowest cost to the organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with peers in other groups and sites to ensure alignment with shared goals.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated work experience in vendor management and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Ability to identify complex problems and interpret operational needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under time deadlines and financial goals.
- Prior management/supervisory experience and the ability to manage/supervise groups within an international environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, MRP, SAP, and WMS.
