At Springer Aerospace, we are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance and repair, with experience working on large turboprops. A valid driver's license and own transportation are required, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is functioning properly
  • Use tools and equipment to perform tasks efficiently and safely
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed
  • Collaborate with other technicians to complete projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Valid AME «M» Licence - Aircraft certification
  • Experience working on large turboprops
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
