We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Marlow Properties (B.C.) Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Linen: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
