Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at SBMC HOLDINGS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of 11-15 people, and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, organized, reliable, and a team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:

35 to 40 hours per week, permanent position, working in English.
