Job Title: Business Generation Coordinator

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Business Generation Coordinator to support the development, planning, and implementation of marketing and business development programs to expand our brand profile and market share within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with client-facing professionals to develop winning marketing assets for new business development, including custom proposals, RFP responses, bids, presentations, and other client deliverables.
  • Control deliverables from inception to delivery and communicate successfully with internal teams during the lifecycle of an assignment to ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements.
  • Provide hands-on project management support for the development of a wide range of sales and marketing materials, including case studies, capability documents, service descriptions, team CVs/resumes, etc.
  • Manage various business development and client databases at the local level, ensuring staff are aware of them, using them properly, and that the data within them is accurate.
  • Quality controls: Ensure all work is performed on time, cost-effectively, and according to Turner & Townsend's high-quality standards.
  • Assist regional and global business generation and marketing teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in prior marketing and business development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience across bid management, including experience in managing RFP responses, preferably within the construction consultancy, advisory, legal, architecture, or real estate industries.
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines, with an ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Creative thinker with an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way, both written and verbally.
  • Strong PC skills required, expert in the use of Microsoft Office package, especially MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
