Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites Medicine Hat. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving breakfast in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Breakfast Preparation: Prepare and cook breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Food Service: Serve breakfast to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all guests receive excellent service.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the breakfast area, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of breakfast supplies, including food, beverages, and paper products.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all guests receive excellent service and that the breakfast area is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
