Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team at Comfort Inn & Suites Medicine Hat. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless breakfast experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve breakfast items to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
    • Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all guest interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service.
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean and well-maintained.
    • Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Availability
    • 32 hours per week.
Work Environment

Our hotel is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You must be able to work in a team and have attention to detail.
