About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Lead to join our team at Quantiphi. As a key member of our Business Enablement team, you will play a critical role in driving change and learning activities to help our clients create the enterprise of the future and realize benefits from digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute OCM Strategy: Define engagement OCM strategy and support delivery efforts for each facet of OCM, including Executive Alignment, Stakeholder Analysis and Communication, Change Impact Identification and Management, Journey Mapping, Readiness Assessments, Organization/Operating Model Alignment, Business Process Changes, Job-Role Mapping, End User Training strategy/material development/train the trainer, User Adoption tracking and management, and Value Realization.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Apply your skills as an OCM Sr. Analyst with the ability to inspire others and build strong client relationships to grow our mutual businesses.
  • Work Independently: Work independently with some guidance and direction, and be comfortable building relationships and working across multiple teams and locations.
  • Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently (write, read and speak) in French and English.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting OCM or Business Enablement initiatives for strategic and transformation programs.
  3. OCM Disciplines: Required credible experience in applying and implementing OCM disciplines (e.g., change strategy, sponsor and change advocate development, strategic communications, learning and development, resistance management, change sustainability) within transformation initiatives.
  4. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  5. Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently with some guidance and direction, and be comfortable building relationships and working across multiple teams and locations.
  6. Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate fluently (write, read and speak) in French and English.
  7. Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience in the asset management in financial services industry is preferred (Masters Degree in Finance or related can substitute).
  8. OCM Certifications: OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci) and/or postgraduate education in OCM-related disciplines preferred.
  9. Technical Experience: Experience implementing data, cloud or AI projects preferred.
