We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Lead to join our team at Quantiphi. Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute OCM Strategy: Define engagement OCM strategy and support delivery efforts for each facet of OCM, including Executive Alignment, Stakeholder Analysis and Communication, Change Impact Identification and Management, Journey Mapping, Readiness Assessments, Organization/Operating Model Alignment, Business Process Changes, Job-Role Mapping, End User Training strategy/material development/train the trainer, User Adoption tracking and management, and Value Realization.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Apply your skills as an OCM Sr. Analyst with the ability to inspire others and build strong client relationships to grow our mutual businesses.
- Work Independently: Work independently with some guidance and direction, and be comfortable building relationships and working across multiple teams and locations.
- Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently (write, read and speak) in French and English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting OCM or Business Enablement initiatives for strategic and transformation programs.
- OCM Disciplines: Required credible experience in applying and implementing OCM disciplines (e.g., change strategy, sponsor and change advocate development, strategic communications, learning and development, resistance management, change sustainability) within transformation initiatives.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently with some guidance and direction, and be comfortable building relationships and working across multiple teams and locations.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate fluently (write, read and speak) in French and English.
- Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience in the asset management in financial services industry is preferred (Masters Degree in Finance or related can substitute).
- OCM Certifications: OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci) and/or postgraduate education in OCM-related disciplines preferred.
- Technical Experience: Experience implementing data, cloud or AI projects preferred.
