About the Role

Boston Pizza International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant, including training, development, staffing, scheduling, and performance management of the Front of House team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in achieving business objectives and ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Lead by example and work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses
  • Recruit, train, and develop Front of House team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a Front of House management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
