About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading by example, working closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the training and development of Front of House team members
  • Assisting with the management of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Working collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Front of House role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude in a team environment
