Pharmacy Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and profitability of our pharmacy department.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all privacy practices.
- Maximize department sales and profit through effective inventory management and customer engagement.
- Rotate stock, check for expired products, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Zoning the department and ensuring a visually appealing store presentation.
- Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
- Ensure the area is free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
- Maintain zero pricing errors and calibrate equipment used in the prescription filling process.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy practices.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
