About the Role
Coveo is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of top talent for our sales departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process for our sales departments, ensuring a smooth and impeccable candidate experience.
- Establish strong partnerships with recruiting managers, contributing to their talent attraction and acquisition strategy.
- Write job descriptions in English for North American and European markets, ensuring fair and inclusive processes.
- Identify, interview, qualify and support candidates at every stage, ensuring rigorous documentation in our candidate management system.
- Participate in key talent attraction events, including evening and weekend events.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, develop campaigns to attract talent, and coach interviewers and recruitment managers on best practices.
Requirements
- Over 4 years' expertise in recruitment, with a focus on the human experience of both hiring teams and candidates.
- In-depth understanding of the sales industry, with a focus on finding talent that aligns not only with the company's objectives, but also with its values.
- Bilingualism in English and French, with an ability to understand and translate the needs of complex roles, and to provide a respectful and caring experience for English-speaking candidates across Canada and the United States.
