Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Ash Grove Inn. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
- Supervise staff to ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
- Respond to complaints of guests
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Dependability, flexibility, and reliability
- Team player with efficient interpersonal skills
