At Rubicon Path, we are seeking a skilled Enterprise Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. As an expert in business analysis, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in development and advisory on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading business process re-engineering initiatives and collaborating with I&IT management and stakeholders to monitor project progress and ensure that business requirements are fully met.

Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical solutions and business goals. Conduct comprehensive business analysis to assess clients' business challenges and opportunities, documenting requirements in a way that enables the determination of technology solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, advocating for alternative service delivery methods and efficiencies. Lead business process re-engineering initiatives to promote cost-effective service delivery approaches.
  • Requirements Gathering: Apply structured processes for requirements gathering, including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, interviews, mockups, and workshops. Develop and advise on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards to promote a consistent business analysis framework across the organization.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with I&IT management and stakeholders to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure that business requirements are fully met. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including vendors, business partners, and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and understanding of business and system requirements.

  • Leadership: Lead business process re-engineering initiatives to promote cost-effective service delivery approaches.

  • Structured Processes: Apply structured processes for requirements gathering, including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, interviews, mockups, and workshops.
