Principal Associate, Process Management

As a Process Manager at Capital One Canada, you'll work with cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes that ensure customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve processes to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and lead issue resolution when breakdowns occur.
  • Establish practices to manage day-to-day activities related to processes.
  • Monitor Key Results and share performance insights with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience working in process management or related fields.
  • Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g. SQL, Tableau)
  • Experience working in an Agile workplace environment.
