Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the required safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Manage Specialized Cleaning Jobs: Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that they are completed to the required standard.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and assistance to cleaners as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our facilities management operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules that ensure our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the required standard.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
