Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions Inc. in a Part Time capacity. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans and strategies in grocery retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute merchandising plans and strategies in grocery retail environments, including resets and relines.
  • Tag, rotate, and place products on shelf, including adjusting shelf heights and movement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with management and assigned merchandisers.
  • Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
  • Physical Requirements: standing/being on feet for up to 8h and being able to lift up to 50+ lbs.
  • Comfortable working with smartphone-type technology.
  • Prior grocery or big box store retail merchandising experience preferred.
  • Planogram experience preferred: Training available.
  • Ability to work independently or with other merchandisers.
