Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing winter operations, ensuring the safe and timely completion of projects. The successful candidate will have experience in supervising crews and managing projects, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and control winter operations projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of winter crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, including payroll and operational data.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Project Manager to develop and implement project plans and strategies.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the successful execution of winter operations projects.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience as a Foreman or Crew Supervisor in a related industry, with a strong focus on project management and quality control.
  • Valid DZ driver's license required, with a good driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds unassisted, with a strong focus on physical stamina and endurance.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions, with a strong focus on adaptability and resilience.
