Job Description

The Strategic Financial Solutions Leader will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing expert advice on financial structuring and risk management to commercial clients. This includes analyzing client financial data, identifying potential risks, and developing tailored financing solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and develop comprehensive credit reports for commercial clients
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement financial solutions that meet client needs
  • Collaborate with Credit Risk Management to ensure that all lending decisions are aligned with the bank's risk appetite
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field
  • Professional designation(s) and/or an advanced degree is considered a strong asset
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, loan structuring, and financial statement analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
