Executive Leader of Large Group Benefits

As the leader of our Ontario business development team at Desjardins Insurance, you will be responsible for our large group segment (over 50 employees). Your primary objective will be to meet sales, persistency, and profitability targets while driving performance excellence and best practices.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and coaching to your team of Account Executives to achieve our business objectives.
- Develop, implement, and track the unit's action plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic orientations and other administrative units, in a performance management context.
- Support the administrative unit's action plan by successfully managing individual and team performance.
- Establish management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity in keeping with Desjardins values.
- Manage select large or complex clients, as necessary, to support their unique needs.
- Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility.
- 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- A minimum of nine years of relevant experience, including three years of management experience
